We specialize in providing psychotherapy for depression, anxiety, grief & loss, youth counselling, couples & marital counselling, family conflict, career planning, and life transition issues. In the province of Ontario, psychotherapy is a Controlled Act that only registered psychotherapists can provide. All our psychotherapists are registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario and can be found on the Public Register.

What are the costs associated with your services?

Our workshops and seminars are usually free of charge, but some may have a small fee to cover venue costs. These will be listed in the specific event on our Events page. For counselling and psychotherapy, we charge a per-session fee which is either privately billed or billed to insurance. For those without insurance or facing financial difficulty, we may, at our discretion, offer our services pro-bono or at a reduced rate. Please Contact Us for for information.

Due to the appointment-based nature of our services, missed appointments will be charged at the full rate.

How long do i need to wait for a first appointment?

On average, we are able to schedule first appointments within 2-3 months. We advise you to Contact Us as early as possible. In exceptional circumstances, we may offer earlier appointments, but this is uncommon.

Do you offer remote counselling services?

We offer both in-person and remote services. However, in an effort to protect the health and safety of our staff and community we are only offering online services at this time.
